We’re committed to delivering your BarToolsHub orders quickly and reliably. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

United States

  • Shipping Cost: FREE shipping on all orders
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Approximately 15 business days from the date of shipment
  • Carrier: USPS, DHL, or equivalent tracked shipping
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships

International Orders (Other Countries)

  • Shipping Cost: $15 USD per 1kg
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 15-25 business days from the date of shipment
  • Carrier: DHL, FedEx, or national postal service with tracking
  • Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

How Shipping Cost is Calculated

For international orders, shipping is calculated based on the total weight of your order at a rate of $15 USD per kilogram. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframes, please note that delivery times may be affected by:

  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Public holidays in the destination country
  • Weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Carrier delays beyond our control

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with the shipping carrier.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.
